Comment:

 (In [5a6288cf6cd3c5d523cdca40dd1f5edb851fa567]) Fix various things related
 to authorization on yahoo.
 Denying authorization requests now works ( Fixes #2692 ).
 Notification of buddy denying your request is fixed (you only get a
 notification if you're online at the time the denial - there doesn't
 appear to be any thing that you recieve when you're offline, the buddy is
 just removed from your server list).
 Don't show spurious authorization requests when the buddy authorizes you.
 Display the First and Last name of the buddy authorizing you (if
 available).
