 For the docklet patch, it looks like you added a blink() function to the
 struct because gtkdocklet did blinking manually, and you wanted to use
 GtkStatusIcon's implementation directly. Is that right?

 That change will need to wait for 2.2.0, as it changes the API, but I can
 accept the other patch for 2.1.2.
