Comment:

 Sorry, I should've attached a screenshot before.

 In the screenshot, when changing themes, the only thing that changes is
 the scrollbar type, and the colors.

 I'm using a fresh install of Pidgin, with only the Guifications 2.14
 plugin.  I haven't modified any of the gtkrc files, and have never used or
 installed gtk before.
