 When a smiley (or perhaps a custom smiley) is used inside a MSN "Friendly
 Name", the smilies are displayed inside the names too (while chatting).

 This happens for me when using Pidgin for the MSN protocol, I suppose it
 applies to others as well but have not verified this.

 I'm not sure if this is the correct behaviour but when you talk to a
 person who uses lots of smilies it can get quite annoying.
