 The patch I've created fixes the following problem:

 When on Windows, and you receive a message from somebody in Pidgin, the
 taskbar button only flashes three times (I've used Windows XP, I think it
 should be the same on other versions) and then returns to it's normal
 state.

 Now, my patch fixes this problem by keeping the taskbar button in it's
 "lighted up" state after the three flashes.

 This patch closes ticket #1512 and ticket #1502.
