#2799: Autoretry failed message sending

Sometimes happens that due to network congestion I receive back messages I
sent along with errors like "Message not sent. Switchboard error." or
"Message MIGHT not be delivered." (I don't know how they are written in
English, this is a rough translation :).
It will be nice if Pidgin, instead of immediately reporting back the
failure (that in case of congestion are many and very annoying),
automatically retries to send the message until it can detect the
messenger network connection is alive (I mean not the "whole" Internet
connection, but the MSN connection, for example). Only in case of network
(e.g. MSN) or internet disconnection the failure messages should be
written in both the conversation window and the log.
It will be nicer if Pidgin, for example, writes the message to be sent to
the conversation window in gray and changes its color when there is proof
that that message has been delivered. The "troubled" message will then be
written in the log only when Pidgin receives the acknowledgement back.

Additional Notes: [[BR]]
- This ticket is '''not''' referred to the possibility to make a ''Buddy
Pounce'' when the recipient user is offline.[[BR]]
- Please, if possible, find a way to remove the "Might not be delivered"
message. I always have to question the recipient if the delivering was
successful instead of a plain resend.[[BR]]
- I know that my english is bad ;). I'm available for further
clarifications.
