 Some useful questions to think about:
 Does this happen for some particular images?
 Is it related to the size of the image? The dimensions? The format?

 The milestone itself isn't useful - I can assign it to 2.2.0, but it'll
 simply get pushed if it isn't fixed by the time we release 2.2.0.  It is
 far more useful to worry about why this is happening, that to worry about
 little arbitrary things like milestones and priorities.

 It is worth noting that this also appears to happen to the native
 messenger client -I was playing with some things and noticed the same
 issue.  If this is accurate, there may be nothing that we can do about
 this.
