 I'm am unsure of what is going on, but Pidgin will not connect to IRC on
 this computer. I have set the firewall to allow Pidgin through, and I have
 also set up a seperate exception to allow connections on port 6667, which
 is what I have connected to the server on before. I am running Windows
 Vista Ultimate. The specific error that I get with the program is that it
 can't connect to the host. I have been able to connect to the server on a
 web-based client, so I know that the server is still up. Any help would be
 appreciated.
