Comment:

 (In [f655557cb302f81ab02279d4c79a097d8028c5b7])  Don't allow duplicate
 accounts to be added. Ideally some of these checks should be in the core,
 but I don't see a way of doing that without forcing 3.0.0. Fixes #2269
 (the part that was actually broken).
