 Added very basic port retrying for the msimprpl. Saves working port to the
 accounts.xml and loads that the next session. If working port fails, it
 starts at the beginning of the list of ports and tries until the end of
 the list (Skipping the first port tried). If all ports fail, returns a
 cannot connect error.
