 1) If the user has the program configured to always show in system tray
 change the program so the buddy list does not show in the windows taskbar
 when open.  There is no reason to show it in both places.  This would also
 mean the minimize button / close button would work the same in this
 configuration.

 2) Allows user to have at least one layer of sub-groups, which will
 improve a users ability to organize their contacts.

 3) As the ability for user flatten there buddy list (don't show the
 groups).  This could be anther menu item under the buddies menu (like show
 empty groups).

 I am running the windows version, so I chose winpidgin (gtk) as the
 component.  If this is incorrect please feel free to correct that.
