 I am unable to use the Windows Installer, because it defaults to C:\ where
 the program files are located. Sysadmin in my office has given me read
 only permissions to that drive. If I try to install on a different
 location installation breaks down because by default it still trys to
 access such a directory. I have another drive where I have full access and
 read write rights. But still it will not install to that drive.

 Could you provide a compressed package to be installed independently?
