 As we know, Google has some trouble with its mail notifications. They'll
 presumably fix it in a few years, so the only thing we have is to wait,
 but to ease the waiting, i have following proposal. Let's enforce the
 Gmail notification every minute. In case of eventual Google's service
 fixation, we could disable it in a future release.

 I got a working, stable xmpp plugin that tells me about all new mail at
 least on windows and linux x86_64 and i can submit a patch if needed.
