 When SMS is failed to be sent in ICQ 5.1 (any reason: wrong number,
 unsupported network, reaching quota or anything else), ICQ gives me nice
 notification, something like:[[BR]][[BR]]
 "Failed to send the SMS message. Info Number 165.[[BR]]
 For more help, go to http://www.icq.com/help[[BR]]
 The Cellular network is currently unable to send your message to the
 recipient.[[BR]]
 Please try again later".[[BR]][[BR]]
 When sending SMS with '''pidgin''' (last checked with 2.3.0) there is no
 notification for failed SMS at all. Please, at least indicate that SMS
 failed. Yet better give error number like ICQ client does. Or even
 outperform the ICQ client itself - give this error in human readable form,
 like "you're trying to send SMS to an unsupported network" or "hourly
 quota of this SMS gateway was reached, try again later".
