 Not sure how i can describe this fully, but its not 100% consistent. When
 IMing sometimes I'll receive  message but the window doesn't scroll, its
 stays where it was, so i do not notice i received a new message. It also
 happened when i was using someone elses computer, some problem. Yet it too
 was inconsisent (at least i couldn't really find a trigger) they also said
 that it happened rather often.

 windows XP SP2
 one was on a dell and the other an HP if that makes difference
