Comment:

 It was moved off of the toolbar because of changes that were added
 specifically to prevent pasting from munging up your formatting. Since the
 button is essentially a bug workaround, it doesn't deserve such a
 prominent placement.

 Are you still seeing actual pasting problems, or are you basing this on
 past problems?

 FYI, Ctrl-R is a faster way to reset formatting.
