 It is implicitely clear, the site lists RPMs for Fedora Core (of which 7
 and 8 are not) it also only lists downloads for FC4, FC5, and FC6,
 indicating that downloads for F7 and F8 are not available, further with
 Fedora 7 or 8 a simple 'yum install pidgin' will Just Work.
