 Sorry datallah, I think I put a bit more into your reply than you actually
 wrote.

 Still, I think there are a few small things that could improve
 communication between users and developers and make pidgin a better
 application. Having regular bug (regression) hunting sessions would be one
 of this. I'm sure you have some kind of freeze before release? What about
 creating some kind of mailing list, where you send out a mail to
 interested people, some days before release or at some other point (after
 a new feature is considered stable)? I think this would motivate people to
 do less testing on their own and instead contribute reports when it is
 appreciated.
