 When a buddy is idle, their status icon in the buddy list is a faded green
 orb.  Check.

 If I open a new conversation window for an idle buddy, the green orb is
 "full strength".  If a conversation window is left open from a chat with a
 buddy who was available and has now since gone idle, the orb is full
 strength.  This applies to the icon in the conversation application window
 and in the task for the given user.

 The same behaviour occurs for the icon shown in the task bar.
