 This trivial patch simply removes the requirement for avatar images to be
 below 8KB, as this is no longer necessary in XEP-0084 as of Version 0.11
 (2007-07-25).

 This should fix #460, #3362, #3796 and possibly #3901.

 The only real side effect is that the XEP-0153 vCard avatars (which Pidgin
 still currently publishes) become slightly non-compliant, as that standard
 of course still says that images SHOULD use less than eight kilobytes (8k)
 of data. Very small price to pay in return for fixing the current issues
 with setting avatars on XMPP in my humble opinion...
