 (Sorry if this is a duplicate; I promise I checked before posting!)

 If you have an away message up, and you sign off, occasionally when you
 sign back on, your away message will have lost any line breaks, becoming a
 jumbled mess. To fix it, you have to become available again and then put
 the away message back up.
