 There is no option to "expand all" or "collapse all" contacts in the
 contact list.  There are times where I might want to expand all contacts
 in order to manage my buddies within contacts, and in order to easily re-
 alias existing contacts without having to expand them (I'm filing another
 bug about this: a when you alias a collapsed contact, it should change the
 alias of the contact, not the buddy which is the current behavior.. very
 misleading).

 Also - when a contact is expanded, it should not collapse unless you click
 on the +/- icon to it's left.  Right now it collapses if you click on it,
 which is annoying in the case that you just want to move the contact from
 one group to another (or perhaps even change the alias by single-clicking
 on the name??)
