#4292: Allow Pidgin to forget account/login/screen_name -- public computers

I am looking at support a Linux distribution at my local library as they
currently use Windows 2000 on 10 computers.
I'm setting up a thin desktop/server test network and want to show them
the functionalities and capabilities of this distribution.
My only worry is that Pidgin holds and saves every account that is added
and since these will be a one-user system with 20-40 people on the
computer each day, I find this to be a major security issue.
I'm proposing to add a 'Don't remember my login/Using a public computer'
option to Pidgin's login so when people log off, Piding won't obtain their
e-mail address or login information.
Yes, you can tell the user to delete the account after use, but many may
forget to do so and thus, the increases the threat of (a) stocking and (b)
spamming.
What is your thought?
