 my encoding is "cp1251"[[BR]]
 buddy uses also pidgin 2.3.0  with "cp1251" encoding [[BR]]

 This is a bug in the software and has happened through

 2. to reproduce you just have to try to recieve offline message. pidgin
 was run with

 #sh -c 'LC_ALL=ru_RU.CP1251 /usr/bin/pidgin'
