 jpeach: What is the error message that you get?  Does it fail to connect
 immediately or does it time out?  Can you try editing your account and
 toggling the "Connect using TCP" setting on the Advanced tab?  Can you
 post the output from the debug window from a failed sign on attempt?  I'm
 wondering if it's different than it used to be.
