 MSN Live Messenger allows for nicknames to be set for all contacts in the
 user's contact list - these settings are stored on the server-side and
 mean that "Custom Names" for every contact can be set by the contact list
 owner and these are displayed in preference over the silly custom names
 that the contact themselves has control over.

 Can we have these contact-list-owner-set Nicknames retrieved and editable
 from Pidgin since it is now the supported norm for the Live! Messenger
 protocol..
