 This is a minor nuisance, but a nuisance nonetheless. Observed at least in
 2.3.0 when upgrading to 2.3.1.

 Expected behaviour:
   1. I run the Pidgin installer while another instance of Pidgin is
 running
   2. The installer notifies me that I have Pidgin running and instructs me
 to close it
   3. I close Pidgin
   4. I click on "retry" or equivalent on the installer
   5. The install continues

 Current behaviour:
   1. Same as above
   2. -"-
   3. -"-
   4. There is no "retry" option, therefore I must restart the installer,
 which was possibly downloaded to a temporary directory, which in practice
 often means I must download it again.
