 Crash at start pidgin-2.3.1 and pidgin-2.3.1-debug in WinXP pro sp2.

 After 1-st crush I uninstall pidgin-2.3.1 (and delete pidgin folder) and
 install it again but without result. Then I again uninstall pidgin-2.3.1
 (and delete pidgin folder)and install pidgin-2.3.1-debug but crash still
 was present.
