 When I exit Pidgin (Ctrl+Q) after a looong session, it tries to exit for
 about a minute (maybe doing final writes to my slow USB stick?) and then
 displays the standard Windows XP "application crashed, send a report?"
 dialog box.

 I have a log file made with
   pidgin -c \.purple\ -d > pidgin.log 2>&1__
 I can send it via e-mail on request, but won't post it there as it
 contains sorta personal information (contacts) and I'm afraid of cutting
 something that's needed.
