 Enable useage for Webcam support / Video Chatting.

 I would love to see webcam support so I can video chat with my friends,
 without having to use the official Windows Live or Yahoo clients, that way
 I can totally delete those clients and use only Pidgin for everything as
 my sole IM client.

 Lacking this feature is the only reason why I can not use Pidgin solely
 yet, and I hope this will soon be programmed into Pidgin.

 Finally I just want to say thanks to all the programmers who are working
 on Pidgin and I think you are all doing an excellent job, and you all have
 my blessings!!
