 Problem is due to a mix of Unicode/non Unicode characters in the
 description the error. Xmllint points the error out.
 In the error I got : "Erreur Ã la rÃ©solution du nom proxy.fr.xxxx.comÂ :
 Échec temporaire dans la résolution du nom". Replacing "É" and "é" by non
 accented characters in accounts.xml did the trick.
