 Hello!

 According to the RFC, responses to SIP Publish messages may contain a SIP-
 Etag header. If such a header exists, the value of that header should be
 sent along with the subsequent publish messages as a SIP-If-Match header.

 This patch brings Pidgin's SIMPLE implementation into compliance with that
 RFC.
