 C:\Users\Mathew\AppData\Local\Temp\purpleYH9L3T
 (14:13:55) buddyicon: 'C:\Users\Mathew\Pictures\feathers.jpg' was
 converted to an image which is 12210 bytes, but the maximum icon size for
 XMPP is 8191 bytes

 The icon I'm attempting to use is 90x90, 3.7KB.
