 Sometimes I open up Pidgin and get bombarded with new IM conversations. It
 would be ''excellent'' to have a plugin with the following behavior:

 * When there are 3 (or more) conversation windows with non-idle buddies
 for more than 2 minutes, set status as Away (if still Available) and auto-
 prepend this string to the status message: "I've got '''4''' conversations
 open. Can't handle any new conversations unless it's ''really''
 important."
 * Once the number of active conversation windows is under the threshold
 for more than 2 minutes, remove the auto-prepended message.
 * Configurable: Conversation limit, time limits (unless we want to be Mac-
 ish about the user interface -- don't show unnecessary options), away
 string.
