 Just wanted to bump the request. Using Pidgin 2.3.0 on Windows and would
 be handy to close pop-ups like View User Log, New Instant Message, Get
 User Info by pressing Esc. By the way, these popups don't have a specific
 window title (their title is "Pidgin"). Pop-ups that do have a specific
 window title (such as Join a Chat) can be closed by pressing Escape.
