 Windows XP Pro SP2 - Pidgin 2.3.1

 Issue: All new windows are placed at the same X, Y position.
 Request: New option to offset new windows.

 Info:  When multiple new windows are created they are all at the same X, Y
 position.  The UI will only show the most recent (top) window, so the use
 is unaware of other IM windows.
