 If there is one thing that annoys me, it is windows that have their
 positions changed by doing something non-related, like changing screen
 resolutions.

 To overcome this, I use a little program called 'Winsize', which allows me
 to configure a window by its title and move/resize it back to where I like
 it.

 Testing Pidgin 2.3.1 out, I noticed a rather annoying thing.

 When hovering over a buddy listed in my buddy list window, a balloon pops-
 up giving me the current status of that buddy. It looks like this little
 balloon inherits the window title 'Buddy List' as used by the main buddy
 list window, hence winsize thinks it needs to be resized, and does so,
 covering the entire work area of the buddy list window with the balloon.

 Is there an easy way to change this?
