 As I said in Launchpad [https://bugs.launchpad.net/gaim/+bug/115846
 115846] and Ticket #1198, the "Reset formatting" button should be a
 toggle.

 While pressed down (default), it should reset formatting to the user's
 default after each message is sent.

 When unpressed, it will keep using the same font settings for each
 subsequent message, as it currently does.
