Comment:

 Use the "Add Notes Address Book Group" item from your account menu and
 enter in the name of the group you'd like to add. This will work if your
 company is using Notes to manage those groups. If you're instead using
 something like IMAP or any other user directory infrastructure, you'll
 have to write a plugin to work with whatever software is in use.
