 If you send the GPL3 text, no text between "<" and ">" is displayed. E.g.
 <http://fsf.org/> or <programm> is just omitted. Besides that it takes
 nearly forever to paste it into pidgin.

 These strings work fine in short messages. About 8000 chars are needed to
 reproduce the bug. We suppose the message is transmitted correctly but the
 display is fucked up.

 Reproduced on ICQ and Jabber.
