Old description:

New description:

 1. Register #pidgin, #pidgin-win32 (or similar, to fit more with
 FreeNode's naming policies), and optionally #pidgin-text on FreeNode

 2. Setup access levels on #pidgin*

 3. Import the banlists from the Gaim channels? I'm thinking no, since we
 can re-ban as necessary, and this will help us by trimming the banlist.

 4. Update the about box in Pidgin.
