 Now that oscar is split into aim and icq, its is less obvious that the
 dynamic prpls flag should be --with-dynamic-prpls=oscar and not --with-
 dynamic-prpls=aim (or aim,icq or whatever).  I expect this might not cause
 many problems, as few people use that flag, but it probably ought to be
 fixed.
