 Is that sure to be a Solaris' GTK issue? I've built pidgin against
 Blastwave's GTK, and it still crashes.
 I managed to start it twice right after changing the GTK theme as
 suggested above, but it didn't last.
 Now it crashes all the time, whatever the theme, doesn't matter it's a Sun
 GNOME or Blastwave GNOME one.
 Any better workaround to get it working?
 One interesting point I take from Sun bug # 6574001 is that it's probably
 because I'm trying to run it in windowmaker rather than a full GNOME
 environment (it's a VNC session, I want to keep it light).
