 It's an interesting idea. A couple of potential issues that someone
 working on it might face:
  * The process of submitting the URL in xaddr/tinyurl, getting the
 response and processing it to get the result URL can be complicated. (This
 may be made simpler if done with, eg., a perl plugin.)
  * The entire process can take a while, and more messages may come in
 before the process completes, which might make things tricky.
