 I think both sides of this have valid points. There's no reason to disable
 the accounts in the first place. They just need to be signed off and not
 reconnect prematurely. For example, they should log on again when you
 restart pidgin. However, you should be able to log them back on with one
 click and no side effects. I would suggest replacing the N buttons in the
 buddy list with two buttons side by side: one that signs them back on, and
 one that removes the notice. Any more fine-grained control should be
 handled with the Accounts dialog.
