 i drank the consolidated-contact kool-aid recently, and i immediately
 noticed this "bug" too. i'm glad i searched before filing a new bug, since
 my presence scores in prefs.xml were bad too. offline and available were
 both 0, similar to malcolm's, but a couple others were different. i've
 pasted them below.

 you might want to reconsider whether this is truly notabug. like malcolm,
 my config files were migrated from gaim, but i've never installed or tried
 the contact priority plugin.
