 In gaim =-o made the smilie. Now in Pidgin, =-O makes the smilie.
 (lowercase o versus uppercase O). Pidgin should support both =-o and =-O,
 and if there must be a choice between one or the other, it should be the
 lowercase one because it is one less keystroke.
