Comment:

 Fixed in 2d571c44e1f511a572ce93d709b9aeecb28c4639 by including a modified
 `configure.ac` with msimprpl archive, and adding running `autogen.sh` to
 MsimInstall to generate the Makefile. No longer ship `Makefile` with
 msimprpl.

 Feel free to re-open if this does not work for you.
