Comment:

 The problem is that they pop up right next to my mouse after just casually
 passing the bl  (which has, after a delay, moved elsewhere). they only
 dissapear after i move my mouse bock over the pop-up. shouldnt the little
 pop-up display only show up after the mouse has hovered over a name for a
 certain amount of time IN the BL?
