performed for Chats.

 If present in a chatroom, there is an option under the Conversation menu
 to add/remove the to/from the buddy list.

 If this action is performed successfully, the action is updated properly,
 yet the caption remains unchanged.

 This works properly for buddies, but not chats.  I tested both IRC and
 XMPP chats on Win32.
